Tailor-made lighting, sound and ambience

The audiovisual system at Marco Polo is designed to complement your story. With an extensive network of programmable lights, moving heads, and even lasers, we can create various atmospheres in a matter of moments. “We already have more than 60 light fixtures installed as standard,” says Philippe Sanders, Senior Audiovisual Specialist. “This enables us to technically and visually support any type of event.”

The set-up options are also flexible: the trusses (metal rails) are movable, allowing us to create unique structures or arcs. Perfect for events that need that extra wow-factor to fully immerse the audience.

“Tom Palmaerts, a professional keynote speaker at our Discovery Day, insisted on the fact this was the first time he felt  this comfortable on stage,” Philippe recalls. “He knew that everything was technically done to perfection.”

Therefore, we plan a technical preparatory meeting in which we work out every detail together and then test it during a ‘dry run’. This way, we guarantee flawless execution. What can you expect?
