Referrals have never been easier. Follow these simple steps and enjoy a great discount on your next event together with your contact:
- The referrer fills in the referral form.
As an existing customer, you can register a new company using our online application form. Please provide your details, the details of the company you are registering, and the nature of the potential event.
- Our team will validate the referral.
We will contact the company you referred to confirm their interest and check whether they are already a customer or have a price agreement with us. Once everything is in order, we will officially register you in the referral program.
- Confirmation by email.
Both you and the referred company will receive a confirmation email.
That’s it! From then on, you will both be eligible for a discount, which will be automatically applied when the referred company books an event at BluePoint Antwerp. Your discount will be applied to the next event you organize at BluePoint Antwerp, valid for up to 12 months.

Important conditions
- The referrer must be an existing customer of BluePoint Antwerp, i.e., have placed at least one order in the past five years.
- The new customer must not have a current contract or price agreement with BluePoint.
- Not cumulative with other promotions or discounts.
- The discount only applies if the referral is specified in the quote request – not afterwards.
- One-time benefit for new customers who come in through a referral. They can also refer someone else in turn.
- The referral discount is valid for 12 months after confirmation of the new customer’s event.
- In case of cancellation or rescheduling, the discount will be forfeited. The general cancellation conditions remain in force.

- Who is eligible to be a referrer?
Any customer who has placed at least one order with BluePoint Antwerp in the last five years.
- How do I correctly refer someone as a referrer?
As an existing customer, you fill in the online referral form with your details and those of the company you are referring. After verification by our team, we will contact the referred company. Once everything has been confirmed, you will both receive an email with the registration in the programme. The discount will be automatically applied as soon as the referred company confirms a first quote within the validity period.
- How often can I enjoy the discount?
There is no limit: you will receive a discount for every new customer you refer.
- Can I combine the discount with other offers?
No, the referral benefit is not cumulative with other discounts, benefits or promotions.
- What if the new customer cancels?
Your discount will also be void. Our standard cancellation policy applies.
- Can a referred new customer also refer someone else?
Yes, once he or she has become a customer, they can in turn pass on referrals and enjoy the same benefits.
